Navigation Training
Map and Compass: Walk your own way
Refresher (advanced map and compass)

This full day walk will build on basic map reading and compass skills. This walk is for those with some experience of map and compass who would like to review, develop and increase their skill and competence. Experience at the level of First Steps is needed, but we will take the time to review the skills covered there. By the end of this session the aim is for you to feel confident to use a map and compass to navigate your way along more complex terrain such as open moorland or where paths are unclear.
